There are just a few places left on this online course, which will provide an overview of Dorothy Heathcote’s Mantle of the Expert system, a way of teaching the curriculum through drama.

The course is aimed at teachers and practitioners at different levels of education, both primary and secondary. It will appeal to people who are new to Dorothy’s work, as well as people with some experience in using drama in the classroom.
Over 10 weekly sessions, the course will provide a practical introduction to key aspects of the system including context, frame, and sign, as well as ways of meeting curriculum targets. It will also offer guidance in planning, and individual and group support to participants in developing their own Mantle projects.
The course is led by DAVID ALLEN.
