Mantle of the Expert Workshop – NUT reading for pleasure conference

Description

The active encouragement of reading for pleasure should be a core part of every child’s education entitlement. This two-day residential seminar will offer teachers effective strategies for encouraging reading for pleasure through practical activities, discussion and sharing of experiences.

The course is suitable for colleagues across primary, secondary and special sectors and is chaired by award-winning children’s author, Alan Gibbons. This year speakers and workshops include:
