Collaboration with QCA in gathering evidence for the Primary Review
As part of its role to support Professor Rose’s Review of the Primary Curriculum, QCA are contacting schools, networks and authorities across the country in order to investigate new and innovative ways of exploring learning in primary schools. Mantle-of-the-expert is well known to the curriculum division of QCA as a well-researched and rigorous approach to cross-curricular, meaningful learning. As a consequence QCA have asked the mantle-of-the-expert team to make contact with schools and teachers using moe to gather as much evidence as possible to it’s effectiveness and impact in the classroom and to pass this information on to the data-collection team working for the Rose Review.
