‘From “Mantle” to Expertise – The Arc of Creative Partnerships’
A new publication from CP Durham Sunderland.
For over four years, Shelby Wolf from the University of Colorado has been conducting research on the partnership between Bexhill Primary School, Sunderland and County Durham’s Theatre Cap-a-Pie.
Over the years, the research has concentrated on the role of drama in the lives of teachers, artists, and children.
The story of the first year of this partnership was told in Dramatic Learning in the Primary School (Heath & Wolf, 2005: Creative Partnerships). These booklets followed four teachers and their children through a variety of dramatic experiences.
