FAO: Practitioners of Philosophy for Children and Imaginative Inquiry

The French Philosopher and teacher Oscar Brenifier will be working at Chapel Break Infant School, Norwich during the week of May 19th to May 23rd 2008. He will be working with classes of children in the Foundation Stage and Key stages 1,2 & 3. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a practitioner’s workshop on questioning methods on Friday 23rd May.

Oscar’s work will be of particular interest to teachers and educators interested in Philosophy for Children. His work focuses on the rigorous analysis of questions and statements offered by children.
