		<description>I have really enjoyed listening to this.I feel I now have a clearer unerstanding of how MoE works. I have learned about how to begin a mantle-a lift, and the importance of tension and the visitor. 
I&#039;m not sure why but I couldn&#039;t hear the last part of the talk.
I appreciate the humour in this too!</description>
