    I have really enjoyed listening to this.I feel I now have a clearer unerstanding of how MoE works. I have learned about how to begin a mantle-a lift, and the importance of tension and the visitor.
    I’m not sure why but I couldn’t hear the last part of the talk.
    I appreciate the humour in this too!
