HEALTH & SAFETY
All tutors carry Public Liability Insurance under the codes of practice applying to Small Businesses up to 6 million GBP.
All course participants and tutors are expected to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others around them.
Please note:
The tutor must be told of any illnesses or conditions that might cause a threat to any participant’s health and safety during the course (for example severe allergies to certain substances). All attendees should make themselves aware of local health and safety arrangements and emergency procedures and refrain from damaging, misusing, or interfering with anything provided for health and safety reasons.
Please take reasonable care and precautions to avoid loss, damage, or theft of property supplied by the venue or FLP and report any such incident to the tutor as soon as possible so that we can replace items damaged in good time.
Fire precautions and procedures will be made known to all delegates by the centre tutors at the outset of the course on Friday night or Saturday morning depending on the start times.
